Second grade students from Melrose Leadership Academy, an OUSD Spanish bilingual public school, learn about the San Francisco Bay environment at the Middle Harbor Shoreline Park. The Port of Oakland owns and operates the park that was previously the Oakland Naval Supply Depot during World War II.
