Occupy Oakland General Strike { 16 images } Created 8 Nov 2011

On November 2, 2011, several thousand protesters attended the Occupy Oakland general strike at Frank Ogawa Plaza. Protesters marched to the Port of Oakland, closing the nation's fifth busiest port. Of the 103 people arrested on November 2 and early November 3, only 32 were from Oakland.
